Our fun, family friendly neighborhood is located off of Louetta in Northwest Houston.  Gettysburg is comprised of 233 single family homes.  We offer a community pool, park, and tennis courts.  We are within the Tomball school district and we have Lakewood Elementary in our neighborhood. 

HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION  

The Homeowner's Association is here to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and to maintain common properties of the association. The board members are elected by the homeowners and serve two year terms.  If you received a violation notice, contact our property management company www.actionproperty.net
